Help the Boys Help Uxbridge
The Bonner Boys are just neighbours with matching shirts. Everything you see – from Cruise-In nights to the splash pad – exists because people stepped up to help in whatever way they could.
Three Ways to Get Involved
Volunteer
Event days only work because people show up early, stay late, and do the unglamorous stuff – setting up tents, cooking, parking cars, hauling tables, cleaning up. Whether you can give a couple of hours or a full day, we'll find a spot where you can make a difference and have some fun doing it.

Local businesses have always been a huge part of what makes these events possible. Sponsorship can mean: supporting a specific Cruise-In night or Ribfest element, backing a project build like the splash pad, or helping cover event costs so more of what we raise goes straight to the community.

Want to support but can't make it out to volunteer? You can contribute directly to the Bonner Boys Community Club and help fund future projects and assistance.

How much time do I need to commit?
No specific minimum. Whether you can help for a couple of hours at an event or commit to a full day, we'll find a spot for you. Many folks help out with just what their schedule allows.
Do I need experience?
No experience needed. If you can set up a tent, flip a burger, park a car, or haul a table, you've got the skills we need. We're just neighbours helping neighbours.
I'm a business – how do I get involved as a sponsor?
Sponsorship can look different for different businesses. Whether it's backing a single event element, supporting a project build, or helping with costs, we'd love to talk. Reach out and let's figure out what works for you.
What happens to donations?
Every donation goes straight back to the community – funding events, building projects, and helping neighbours in need. We're an Ontario not-for-profit, so we don't automatically issue tax receipts, but your support stays local.
What's the difference between a not-for-profit and a registered charity?
We're an Ontario not-for-profit corporation, which means we're formally recognised but don't automatically issue tax receipts like registered charities do. The Canada Revenue Agency has clear guidance on the difference, and we're happy to chat about it.
How do I find out about upcoming events?
Follow us on Facebook (Bonner Boys – Uxbridge, ON) or Twitter/X (@BonnerBoys26). Facebook is usually the fastest for event-day updates, weather calls, and schedule changes.
